President - Lora Wright, BA, CRP
Lora is a graduate of the University of Michigan and has been with amp since 2002.  Over the past 20 years, Lora has enjoyed a very successful sales and management career.  During her tenures with a premier US hotel chain, and with the nation's leading temporary housing provider, she has developed Standard Operating Procedures, training programs, and Process Maps.  Her consulting engagements have involved strategic services planning, market research/surveys, customer satisfaction measurement and tracking, competitive market analysis and business intelligence gathering, vertical market assessments, and the development of strategic recommendations for improving service performance and customer satisfaction.  Her experience in the hospitality industry has made for a natural transition into association management.  Treating the client with respect and addressing their concerns promptly and courteously is her mantra.  Lora is a firm believer in keeping clients informed by helping them understand budgets, and explaining the nuances of the associations governing documents.

Senior Account Manager - Linda Burgess, BS, MS
Linda holds a degree from Ohio State University in Social Psychology, and a Masters in Organizational Development from San Francisco State University.  While living in California, she was employed as a Bank Manager for World Savings and Loan.  In addition to her financial skills and office management, Linda is known for her ability to empathize with clients to create understanding in processes and procedures.  She also facilitates quick responses to resolve association issues or concerns.

Client Communication Manager - Lorianne Hearn, BA
Lorianne graduated from Michigan State University with a Hospitality Business degree and began her career with Marriott International in 2001.  Lorianne serves amp as "Director of First Impressions" making sure calls are directed to the proper party.  While interacting with individual clients, she is diligent in obtaining answers to their questions and is skilled in record keeping, data base management and communications.  As "Jack of all Trades", Lorianne works on site and in the office.  She also has considerable expertise in most computer programs.
